Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Velorafox. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1) Digital Products Only
Velorafox sells digital products only, including ebooks (EPUB/PDF) and audiobooks (MP3/M4B). No physical goods are shipped.
2) Access & Delivery
After successful payment, your download link is provided:
- on the Thank You page, and
- via email to the address used at checkout.
3) All Sales Are Final — Except Unresolved Technical Issues
Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are final once access is provided.
However, if a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using your purchased product and we cannot resolve it, we will issue a refund.
4) No Refunds for Non-Technical Reasons
Refunds are not provided for reasons such as:
- changing your mind after purchase
- accidental purchase (when the product was successfully delivered)
- incompatibility caused by your device or software, when the file itself is working normally
- not reading the product description or requirements
5) Technical Issues (We Will Fix It First)
If you experience a technical issue (for example, a broken download link, corrupted file, or system error):
- Contact us at support@velorafox.com
- Include your order number and the email used at checkout
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, replace the file, or provide a new download link.
✅ If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund.
6) Download Limits
For security and copyright protection:
- Downloads may be limited to 3 attempts per purchase
- If you reach the limit due to a technical issue, contact support and we will assist you
7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after a digital product has been delivered may result in:
- suspension of access to purchased content
- restriction from future purchases
- submission of relevant transaction records and access logs to the payment provider
8) Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe. Their dispute handling procedures may apply in addition to this policy.
9) Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
