1) How do I download my product?

Answer: After payment, your download link appears instantly on the Thank You page. You will also receive the same link by email.
Click the link → the file starts downloading → save it to your device.

2) I can’t find the download link. Where is it?

Answer:

  1. Check the Thank You page right after checkout.

  2. Check your email inbox + Spam/Promotions.

  3. Still missing? Send us your order number and the email used at checkout.

3) Can I get a refund / return?

Digital products can’t be returned, but if there’s any technical issue, we’ll replace the file, resend the link, or refund when the problem can’t be resolved.

 

4)MP3 vs M4B — what’s the difference

Answer:

  • MP3: Works everywhere, easy to play on any device.

  • M4B (Audiobook): Best for audiobooks (chapters + remembers your position), especially on iPhone.

5) How do I play M4B on iPhone?

Answer:

Use the BookPlayer app — it plays M4B perfectly and saves your progress.
Download the file → open it in BookPlayer → press play.

6) How do I play MP3 / M4B on Android?

Answer:

  • MP3: Any music/audio player works.

  • M4B: Use an audiobook player app (most audiobook players support it).
    If your phone refuses the download, try downloading on a PC first, then transfer the file.

7) How do I open EPUB and PDF (eBooks)?

Answer:

  • PDF: Opens with any PDF reader.

  • EPUB: Use an ebook reader app (ebook/EPUB reader).
    Download → open with your reader app → start reading.

8) The file won’t download / link doesn’t work. What should I do?

Answer:

  • Try Chrome or another browser.

  • Disable VPN/ad-block temporarily.

  • Refresh the Thank You page or use the email link again.
    If it still fails, contact us and we’ll send a fresh link

9) I entered the wrong email at checkout. Can you resend my product?

Answer: Yes. Send us your order number + the correct email, and we’ll resend the download link.
