1. What products does VeloraFox offer?

VeloraFox provides high-quality ebooks (PDF, EPUB) and audiobooks (MP3, M4B). All products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately after purchase.

2. How will I receive my ebook or audiobook?

After completing your purchase, your item will be delivered instantly through:

  • A download link on the checkout page, and
  • An email containing the same download link

You can save the files and access them anytime.

3. Do I need an account to purchase from VeloraFox?

No. You can complete your purchase using guest checkout without creating an account.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support PayPal for secure payments.

5. Are downloads limited?

Yes. To protect digital content, each purchased product includes:

  • 3 download attempts per item

If you need help with your downloads, contact us anytime.

6. What is your refund policy?

Because our items are delivered digitally, refunds are only available in specific situations.

A refund may be approved if:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You received the wrong product
  • You were charged twice (duplicate payment)

Refund conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Purchasing the wrong title
  • Successfully downloaded products
7. Can I exchange a product?

No. Exchanges are not available. We can only refund eligible purchases according to our refund policy.

8. Are ebooks and audiobooks protected with DRM?

Yes. Our files have usage limitations, and download attempts are restricted to prevent unauthorized sharing.

9. How do I open ebooks?

Our ebooks are delivered as PDF or EPUB files.
You can open them using any standard reader app such as:

10. How do I listen to audiobooks?

Audiobooks may be delivered as MP3 or M4B.

  • For MP3:
    Works on almost all audio players.
  • For M4B:
    On iOS, we recommend the free app BookPlayer.

11. Are authors allowed to upload their own books?

No. VeloraFox does not host third-party author uploads.
All products sold on VeloraFox are curated and published by VeloraFox.
