1) What does Velorafox sell?
Velorafox offers digital products only, including:

All content is delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
2) How do I receive my ebook or audiobook?
After successful payment:
- You will receive instant access to your purchased content
- Download links are available on the confirmation page and/or via email
3) How many times can I download my purchase?
For security and copyright protection:
- Each purchase includes up to 3 download attempts
If you reach the limit due to a technical issue, please contact support.
4) Do you offer refunds?
Since these are digital downloads, we don’t accept returns after delivery.
However, if you have any issue (download link not working, file won’t play, corrupted file), we will fix it fast or send a new link/file.
If we can’t resolve the problem, we will issue a full refund.
