These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of velorafox.com (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of our digital products. By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent/guardian.

3) Digital Products Only

Velorafox sells digital products only (including ebooks and audiobooks). No physical goods are shipped.

4) Checkout (No Account Required)

You can purchase as a guest. We do not require customers to create an account to buy our products. You agree to provide accurate checkout information, including a valid email address, as your download access is delivered through the Thank You page and email.

5) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe.
  • You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including applicable taxes if required.
  • If a payment is declined or flagged for risk review, the order may not complete.

6) Delivery & Download Limits

After successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product:

  • on the Thank You page, and
  • by email to the address used at checkout.

Download policy:

  • Downloads may be limited to 3 attempts per purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • If you reach the limit due to a technical issue, contact support with your order number and purchase email.

7) Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final.
However, if a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using the product, we will make reasonable efforts to fix the issue or resend a working link/file.
✅ If we cannot resolve the technical issue, we will issue a refund.

8) License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, or broadcast our content
  • Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or DRM (if any)
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy content in bulk
  • Use our content to train models or create derivative datasets for commercial use (unless explicitly allowed in writing)

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, covers, audio, graphics, logos, and product files—is owned by Velorafox LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing does not transfer ownership.

10) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or systems
  • Interfere with Site operation (malware, DDoS, abusive traffic)
  • Commit fraud, including unauthorized chargebacks
    We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If you file an unjustified chargeback after receiving access to digital products, we may:

  • Suspend delivery/access for current and future orders
  • Contest the chargeback with evidence (order logs, access records)
  • Restrict future purchases where permitted by law

12) Third-Party Tools, Analytics & Advertising

We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Ads to measure performance and deliver ads. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

13) Site Availability & Updates

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

14) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velorafox LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velorafox LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/products.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Site. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

18) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
